You will get acquainted with all the Principles of Tai Chi. This part of the Form is also known as "the Healing Third" because it provides the greatest support to your essence. After completing this training you will be able to practice Tai Chi alone or with a group. No classes on 10/18 and 11/29.

Price includes Tai Chi shoes and chart.

After completing B3, you will know all 37 positions of the Form and you will be able to execute them in the right order. This third and last part of the Form is called "the Heaven Level" of perfect perception. You will discover changes in your body and mind. No class on 10/18 and 11/29.

In this course, we work to embody the Form at a deeper level. This training focuses on these elements and teaches you how every posture in the Form has effect on your balance, relaxation and awareness. Partner exercises are introduced to help you reflect on your own path.

In this advanced course we focus on both the form and push hands using various techniques to increase our awareness and release tension from specific parts of the body. The emphasis will be on timing, balance and enhancement of your susceptibility to the movements of the partners you are working with. No class on 10/18 and 11/29.

Developing Qi 2
Students will continue with Soaring Crane Qigong, Standing Meditation and One-handed Push Hands.

The focus of the class is to open the flow of Qi, develop deep relaxation, and sensitivity.

The work is open to all. No prerequisites are required.
