Developing Qi
This class will introduce students to Standing Meditation, Qigong and Push Hands. The focus of the class is to open the flow of qi throughout the body, develop sung (deep relaxation), and develop sensitivity while working with a partner. This work is open to all. There are no prerequisites. Classes: July 8, 22, 29 and August 5 and 19. Repeat cost: $50
